Mine Clothing Store is the only children's clothing store in the Northstar Village. We are seeking fun, enthusiastic and professional candidates to join our team for the 2017/18 Season and beyond. No industry experience? No problem, we are seeking candidates who have a positive attitude and an aptitude for great guest service. We will teach you anything and everything else you need to know!

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-GUIDE guest through their shopping experience
-Follow all Vail Resorts Retail policies and procedures, and ensure your staff is doing the same
-Serve Others, Drive Value, Do Right, Do Good, Be Safe and ....

-Prior Leadership Experience - Required*
-Exceptional guest service - Required*
-English fluency - Required
-Passion and enthusiasm - Required
-Ability to work a flexible schedule; including all holidays, some nights and all weekends - Required*
-Basic Computer Skills - Required
-Passion for the snow sports industry - Preferred
-Basic Understanding of Financial Statements - Preferred
-Previous management of staff and labor budget - Preferred
