The Assistant Manager/Food and Beverage Director role is critical to the Club's overall success. The Assistant Manager/F & B Director works closely with the General Manager and senior management to ensure a quality dining experience for members and guests. The Assistant Manager/ F & B Director is a highly visible "hands on" manager expected to engage members and lead/support service staff at all times; must be an exceptional communicator, have excellent personal interactive skills and maturity to instinctively know how to make members and guests feel welcome and comfortable; is ultimately responsible for all food and beverage production and service for the club as well as facilities; is the primary coordinator of the entire club's food and beverage operation and experience including: service, menu development, quality control, special events, member programming, budgeting, hiring, training, and supervision of all food and beverage staff; assists in day to day operations of the clubhouse; and functions as the key operating manager in the absence of the General Manager.

The club's focus is on "Family and Friends" and has activities twelve months of the year for all ages. The club's amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, practice facility, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, fitness center, racquetball court, both informal and formal dining and a ball room accommodating up to 250 people.
Travis Pointe Country is the Host Site for the LPGA VOLVIK CHAMPIONSHIP.
