Job Description

Position requirements:

Able to work all weekends, holidays and nights until 9:00 PM.

Have a valid drivers license, be at least 18 years old in order to drive company golf carts.

Able to walk up and down steps carrying luggage and standing long periods of time.

Pass a criminal background, drug test and alcohol test.

Face to Face customer service skills

SUMMARY

Provide customer service to tours, guest, and owners performing the following duties.

DUTIES

Greet guests arriving to the sales floors.

Escorts guest to tables and provide ongoing beverage service.

Assist guest with special needs/requests (including children highchairs).

Responsible for providing Excellent Customer Service to owners and guests alike.

Assist with booking guests on Timeshare presentations.

Maintain clean and organized work area.

Conform to department training standards.

Bussing tables.

Assist in other departments during slower seasons, ex: Tour Desk, Giftroom and Sales F&B Dept.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years guest relations experience and/or training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divided in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITIES

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety if instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
